My daily activities (Menu)

Pedro wants to lose weight. To do this he wants to follow a diet plan recommended by a nutritionist.

 

  • For breakfast, a glass of skimmed milk and some wholemeal bread with cheese or ham is enough. Just one slice.
  • As a morning snack you can enjoy one or two pieces of fruit: Apple, pear, orange…
  • At lunchtime you can choose between meat with vegetables, roast potatoes or salad with ham.
  • As an afternoon snack you can have fruit or some ham , cheese or turkey.
  • For dinner, you can have fish with boiled potatoes, chicken with vegetables or York ham.
