Secretary: Good morning, this is Lily from Dr. Allen’s office. How may I help you?
Claire: Good morning, I’m Claire Harris. Could I speak to Dr. Allen, please?
Secretary: Just a moment, please.
Claire: Thank you.
Doctor: Mrs. Harris?
Claire: Good morning, Dr. Allen. I’m calling because I have a back ache.
D: Do you have any other symptoms?
M: No, but it is really hard for me to go up the stairs because of the pain.
D: Take the medicine for two weeks. It will help you feel good.
M: Okay, thank you. Goodbye, Dr. Allen.
D: Goodbye.
