Emma: Hi Richard! How are you?
Richard: Emma! I’m fine, thanks. What are you doing here?
E: I was at Colin’s new house.
R: I was there yesterday! What do you think about it?
E: It could be better. I love the view, it is incredible. But the light is terrible.
R: I agree. It’s really dark. The problem is the colour of the walls.
E: Yes. And that noise! Do you know how much did it cost?
R: I don’t know, but I guess it was a low price.
E: Me too. I have to go, now. Bye!
R: Bye!
