Receptionist: This is John from ‘Wilson’s B&B’. How can I help you?
Lily: Hi, I’m Mrs. Adams. I’d like to book a room at your bed and breakfast for next week.
R: When will you arrive?
L: It’s a long trip. I think that I’ll arrive in the evening.
R: Will you travel by car?
L: No, I’ll take the plane.
R: The airport is very distant. Do you want me to book a bus ticket for you?
L: Yes, thank you.
R: It’s really cold, don’t forget to bring your coat!
L: Thanks for the advice. See you soon!
