Los adverbios en -emment

Introduction
Los adverbios [adverbes] sirven para matizar el significado de un verbo, de un adjetivo o de otro adverbio.
Form
Los adverbios son invariables. Ciertos adverbios se forman añadiendo el sufijo -emment a un adjetivo terminado en -ent. Ej.:
Intelligent ⇒ intelligemment
Différent ⇒ différemment
A excepción de présent que sigue la regla de formación regular (adverbio: présentement).
Example
- J’ai cuisiné ce plat différemment que d’habitude.
- Le professeur va évidemment t’aider à comprendre cette notion.
- L’élève a répondu intelligemment à la question.
- Vous devez traverser la rue prudemment.
- Arrête de me parler si violemment!
Use
Los adverbios especifican las circunstancias de lugar, de tiempo o de manera en las que se desarrolla la acción, o sirven para modificar el significado de un verbo, de un adjetivo, de otro adverbio o de toda una proposición.
