Introduction
Un Verbo Ausiliare (che aiuta)è un verbo che può essere utilizzato in combinazione ad un altro per la formazione dei Tempi Composti. Ne esistono due: Essere e Avere.
Il Congiuntivo è un modo finito del verbo. che indica la volontà, il dubbio o la possibilità. Ha quattro tempi: il Presente, l’Imperfetto, il Passato e il Trapassato.
Il Congiuntivo Trapassato viene di solito usato in frasi secondarie per esprimere anteriorità rispetto al verbo della frase principale, che in genere si trova al passato.
Form
Il Congiuntivo Trapassato dei Verbi Ausiliari si ottiene aggiungendo al congiuntivo imperfetto il corrispettivo participio passato. Il participio passato del verbo Essere concorda in genere e numero.

Example
- Non sapevo che anche tu fossi stato studente di questa scuola.
- Pensavo che Marco e Stefania fossero stati insieme.
- Credevo che avessi avuto la febbre.
- Non immaginavo che voi due aveste avuto una storia.
Use
Il Congiuntivo Trapassato dei Verbi Ausiliari prevede gli stessi usi del congiuntivo trapassato dei verbi regolari.
