Introduction
I Verbi Irregolari sono quei verbi che presentano una coniugazione totalmente o parzialmente irregolare.
Il Congiuntivo è un modo finito del verbo, che indica la volontà, il dubbio o la possibilità. Ha quattro tempi: il Presente, l’Imperfetto, il Passato e il Trapassato.
Il Congiuntivo Trapassato dei Verbi Irregolari viene di solito usato in frasi secondarie per esprimere anteriorità rispetto al verbo della frase principale, che in genere si trova al passato.
Form
Il Congiuntivo Trapassato dei Verbi Irregolari si ottiene aggiungendo al congiuntivo imperfetto del verbo ausiliare il corrispettivo participio passato.

- Marco non sapeva che anche io fossi andata al mare.
- Credevo che tu avessi dato a Claudia un’altra possibilità.
- Non sapevo che Marta avesse fatto quella torta.
- Pensavo che fossimo stati chiari con lui.
- Mi sembrava che aveste detto che non sareste venuti oggi.
- Giada era contenta che i parenti fossero venuti a trovare lei.
Use
Il Congiuntivo Trapassato dei Verbi Irregolari prevedere gli stessi usi del congiuntivo trapassato già visti con i verbi regolari.
