Introduction

Subject Pronouns Possesive Pronouns
I Mine
You Yours
He His
She Hers
It Its
We Ours
You Yours
They Theirs

Example

  • It is not her sandwich, it’s mine.
  • This is hers.
  • His house is big, but ours is small.

Use

Summary

Essi sono: mine, yours, his, hers, its, ours, yours, theirs.

Per esempio:
— “It is not her sandwich, it’s mine.”
♦ “It is not her sandwich, it’s my sandwich.” = Her/my descrivono un altro elemento nella frase (sono aggettivi possessivi).

NOTE: Non usiamo i determinanti prima dei pronomi.
