Introduction
Adverbs-це вирази, які функціонують в якості модифікаторів інших елементів у реченні. Вони можуть надати широкий спектр інформації.
У деяких випадках нам потрібні прислівники, щоб порівняти дві речі, людей або дії, що виражають рівність або нерівність між ними.

Form
Є різні ступені порівняння у Adverbs і ця Gradability виражається завдяки формі вищого і найвищого ступеня порівняння прислівників.

Comparative
- Susan is a better assistant than her sister.
- You have to go further to get to the lawyer’s office.
- Peter is going to talk to him later about the house.
Superlative
- John is the best assistant in the office.
- This is the furthest point I’ve ever reached in the agency!
- They come the latest to the garage.
Use
Ми вживаємо вищий для порівняння двох речей, людей або дій, виражаючи рівність чи нерівність між ними. Вживається із more коли слово має 3 або більше склади.Щоб показати порівняння, ми використовуємо than перед прислівником.
Вживаємо найвищий для порівняння речей, людей або дій, виражаючи перевагу однієї речі, людини або дії, маючи найвищий рівень особливої якості. Вживається із most коли слово має 3 або більше склади.

Adverbs мають важливе значення так як вони змінюють інші елементи у реченні. Прислівники вживаються інколи і для порівняння двох речей, людей або дій, виражаючи рівність або нерівність між ними.
