Introduction

Iragana iragan gertaerak adierazteko erabiltzen da. Iragan sinplea erabiltzen dugu iraganari buruzko iragarpen, sinesmenak edo asmoei buruzko egiturak sarrarazteko.

Galdera forman erabiltzean, aditzak subjektuari buruz zerbait galdetzen du.

Form

Iragan sinpleak, galdera forman, hurrengo egitura dauka:
Will + subject + verb + …?

Will Subject Verb Question

Will I/you/he/she/it work …?
Will we/you/they work …?

Example

Bai/ez galderak

  • Will you bring your student card?
  • Will she wear her dress?
  • Will they leave a tip?

Wh-galderak

  • What will you wear tonight?
  • Where will the poor sit?
  • When will we finish these cheques?

Use

Iragan sinplean, galdera forma hurrengorako erabiltzen dugu:

  • Bai/ez galderak egiteko;
  • Wh-galderak egiteko.

Iragan sinplea, ezezko forman, iraganari buruzko iragarpen, sinesmenak edo asmoak galdetzeko erabiltzen dugu.

Iragan sinplea ezezko forman, will-ekin hasten gara eta subjektua eta aditzaren oinarrizko formarekin ondoren (esaldia galdera marka batekin hasten da).

Adibidez:
— “Will you work on important projects next month?” = iragan sinple galdera esaldia, beraz, will-ekin hasten gara eta to go aditzaren oinarrizko forma erabiltzen dugu (work).
♦ “Do you work on important projects?” = orainaldi sinple galdera esaldia, beraz, do-rekin hasten gara gehi to work aditzaren oinarrizko forma (work).

The future simple in its interrogative form ask something about predictions, beliefs or intentions about the future. You can also deny something with Affirmative form and ask something with Interrogative form.

In English, you can learn more about things that are about to happen with Be going to;

  • At B1 you can learn about actions will be in progress in the future with the  Future continuous;
  • At B2 you can learn about a completed action in the future the Future perfect and continuous action that will be completed at some point in the future with Future perfect continuous.
