Iragan sinplea Ezezkoa

Introduction

Iragana iragan gertaerak adierazteko erabiltzen da. Iragan sinplea erabiltzen dugu iraganari buruzko iragarpen, sinesmenak edo asmoei buruzko egiturak sarrarazteko.

Ezezko forman erabiltzean, aditzak subjektuari buruz zerbait ezezten du.

Form

Iragan sinpleak, ezezko forman, hurrengo egitura dauka:
Subject + will + not + verb + …

Subject will + not Verb
I/You/He/She/It will not work
We/You/They will not work

Ezezko formaren forma laburtuak hurrengoak dira: I’ll not/I won’t – you’ll not/you won’t – he’ll not/he won’t…

Example

Promesak

  • I won’t go there, I promise!
  • She promises she won’t wear a bikini.
  • We won’t tell you if he shows up.

Bat-bateko erabakiak

  • I’m not cold, I won’t put my gloves on.
  • Sure, he won’t come tonight.
  • No worries, they won’t call you back!

Itxaropen/iritzi/iragarpenak

  • I hope you won’t leave soon.
  • I think she won’t pay with cash.
  • In my opinion, they won’t buy this business.

Use

Iragan sinplean, ezezko forma hurrengorako erabiltzen dugu:

  1. Promesak egiteko;
  2. Bat-bateko erabakiak hartzeko;
  3. Itxaropen, iritzi edo iragarpenak adierazteko.

Iragan sinplea ezezko forman, subjektuarekin hasten gara will not eta aditzaren oinarrizko formarekin ondoren.

Adibidez:
— “We will not work on important projects next month.” = iragan sinple ezezko esaldia, beraz, will not erabiltzen dugu to work aditzaren oinarrizko formaren aurretik (will not work).
♦ “We don’t work on important projects.” = orainaldi sinple ezezko esaldia, beraz do not gehi to work aditzaren oinarrizko forma erabiltzen dugu (do not work).

The future simple in its negative form denies something about predictions, beliefs or intentions about the future. You can confirm something with Affirmative form and ask something with Interrogative form.

In English, you can learn more about things that are about to happen with Be going to;

  • At B1 you can learn about actions will be in progress in the future with the  Future continuous;
  • At B2 you can learn about a completed action in the future the Future perfect and continuous action that will be completed at some point in the future with Future perfect continuous.
