Introduction

Viitorul [future] este un timp folosit pentru a vorbi despre evenimente din viitor. Folosim structura Viitorului simplu [future simple] pentru a introduce predicții, credințe sau intenții despre viitor.

Când este exprimat în forma sa afirmativă [affirmative], verbul confirmă ceva despre subiect.

Form

Viitorul simplu, în forma afirmativă, are această structură:
Subject + will + verb + …

  • Prescurtările formei afirmative sunt: I’ll – you’ll – he’ll…
Subject will Verb
I/You/He/She/It will work
We/You/They will work

Example

Promisiuni

  • I will be there, I promise!
  • She promises she will wear a bikini.
  • We will tell you if he shows up.

Decizii spontane

  • I’m cold, I will put my gloves on!
  • Sure, he’ll come tonight.
  • No worries, they’ll call you back.

Speranțe/opinii/predicții

  • I hope you will leave soon.
  • I think she will pay with cash.
  • In my opinion, they will buy this business.

Use

Viitorul Simplu, în forma afirmativă, este folosit pentru:

  1. A face promisiuni;
  2. A lua decizii spontane;
  3. A exprima speranțe, opinii și predicții.

Folosim Viitorul Simplu [Future simple], în forma afirmativă [affirmative], pentru a confirma predicții, credințe sau intenții despre viitor, și când suntem  siguri că aceste evenimente vor avea loc.

Viitorul Simplu are această structură:
Subject + will + verb + …

De exemplu:
— “We will work on important projects next month.” = În acest caz folosim Viitorul Simplu deoarece vorbim despre o intenție viitoare.
♦ „We work on important projects.” = present simple affirmative, to work (work).
