Perfectul compus [past tense] este un timp folosit pentru a vorbi despre situații care au avut loc în trecut, și acum s-au concluzionat.
Multe verbe au formă de verbe neregulate [irregular past].
Form
Nu există regulă care explică cum se obține forma neregulată [irregular] a perfectului simplu [past simple].
