Introduction
Adjectives lze použít buď v Active, nebo Passive slovesném Rodě, nicméně význam se tím významně mění.
Passive Adjectives vyjadřují, že něco nebo někdo prožívá určitou událost či na ně má událost určitý efekt. Na druhé straně, Active Adjectives vyjadřují že někdo nebo něco je původcem děje, tedy že určitou činnost či událost způsobuje.
EXTRA: Adjectives = Přídavná Jména; Active = Činném; Passive = Trpném; Passive Adjectives = Trpná Přídavná jména; Active Adjectives = Činná Přídavná jména.
Form
Zde vidíme jak se Active a Passive Adjectives tvoří:
- Active adjectives with suffix -ing.
- Passive adjectives with suffix -ed.
