Introduction
Present continuous [present continuous] (ali progresivni [progressive]), je čas, ki ga uporabljamo za situacije, ki trenutno potekajo (pred, med ali po trenutku govora).
Ko je v vprašalni obliki, ga uporabljamo za tvorjenje vprašanj o nečem, kar se trenutno dogaja.

Use
Present continuous v vprašalni obliki uporabljamo, ko sprašujemo o:
- Dejanjih, ki se dogajajo v času govora;
- Začasnih aktivnostih (ki se bodo v prihodnosti zaključile);
- Dejanjih, planiranih za prihodnost;
- Spremembah in težnjah;
- Doslednosti dogodkov.

Trajni sedanjik [present continuous] v vprašalni obliki uporabljamo za vprašanja o situacijah, ki potekajo v trenutku govora.
Struktura je:
To be + subject + [verb + -ing] + …?
Na primer:
— “Is he working on an important project today?” = Present continuous uporabljamo, ko sprašujemo o dejanju, ki poteka v času govora (v tistem trenutku).
♦ “Does he work on important projects?” = Present simple uporabljamo, ko sprašujemo o dejanju v sedanjosti, ki se ponavlja ali se vedno izvede.
